If your product arrives damaged or is not as stated on our website. Just use our contact us form and let us know. Make sure to include your order number. You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a request.

- Depending on the nature of the issue (nothing wrong with the product, changed your mind, buyer remorse, etc.), we may ask you ship the product in question back to us before issuing your credit. Items must be new and unopened without any protective seals broken (if applicable).
